The Château Tanaunda Barossa Marathon Festival is held every year starting in the scenic vineyard-surrounded Tanunda. The event attracts runners from right across the world, wanting to challenge their fitness levels in the marathon (42.2km), half marathon (21.1km), 10km and 5km events. The course is very flat, perfect for those wanting a quick time or ‘personal best’.

Race Day Parking:

Access to parking on race morning is from Barossa Valley Way along Magnolia Rd or from Neldner Rd onto Magnolia Rd as was the case in previous years. Parking will be in The Rex car park or along Magnolia Rd bordering Faith Lutheran College. Suggested route to avoid road closures: MAP

5K: 8.30am

Sunday 26 May – 6.00am – 8.30am Race Village, The Rex, Barossa Aquatic Fitness Centre, Tanunda SA

Course Cut Off:

5 Hours. Course Closes at 1.30pm.

Placegetter Presentations: 9.15am

Age Group Presentations: 9.30am
