I can't make Bib Collection, can someone else collect my bib?
Absolutely! All participants will receive an email with their bib number on Thursday of Race Week. Simply forward this email to the person who will be collecting it on your behalf, or give them your Bib number.
I can no longer participate, can I withdraw from the event?
We can’t offer refunds, however if you’re a SARRC member you can withdraw with credit otherwise, contact us before Wednesday 20th August to get a transfer to another 2025 event.
I would like to change my entry, how do I do this?
We can offer changes until Entries close on Saturday 23rd of August only.Your new bib will not be personalised with your name as bibs have already been printed.Please contact the office.
